If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below: Returns Timeframe: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with stickers attached (if applicable). Non-Returnable Items: Please note that stickers, gift cards, and custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable. SWEET BASIL MKE CATERING Sweet Basil MKE offers catering for events of any size! Create a culinary adventure for your guests with a variety of colorful Thai and Lao food for your next gathering. Choose from the menu below or we can help plan a custom menu. Sweet Basil MKE Catering Terms Catering order minimum: at least 2 trays and 48 hour minimum notice. Prices listed do not include taxes or fees. Pre-payment in advance required to lock in your event date. An 18 % gratuity is automatically applied to ALL catering orders. We do offer different service levels that you can choose from: Pick Up - you can pick up your catering order! Delivery Only - we drop off your order for a delivery fee. Set Up Service - we deliver and set up your order for an additional fee. This service depends on staff availability. Wire chafing stands and glass beverage dispensers are available for rent and must be returned to Sweet Basil MKE. Serving utensils, burners for stands, plates, napkins are all available for purchase and can be added to your catering order. These items are all optional.
