Customer Care Specialist

An individual in this position is someone who's great in fast-paced environments, is friendly and outgoing, loves working on a team but can also stay focused and keep on track when dinner service gets busy! This individual must be able to multi-task, stay organized, and able to problem-solve quickly while communicating effectively to their teammates. This position is responsible for all customer-facing tasks and front-of-house duties including:

• Greeting guests as they enter the restaurant

• Assisting customers with questions

• Answering phones

• Making recommendations based on the customer's preferences

• Taking orders in person or by phone 

• Processing online orders

• Packing to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and speed

• Serving dine-in orders to customers seated at their tables

• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, condiment station, dining room and entryways, waiting area, the restrooms, and workstations 

• Full training is provided

• Unpaid trials are available if you would like to shadow a current employee in this position to see if it would be a good fit for you

Wash & Prep Room Specialist 

An individual in this position is someone who has an affinity for organizing, great at planning ahead, works well in fast-paced environments, able to handle physical labor and heavy lifting, and is able to not only listen to instructions but take initiative to get things done when it's game time during busy dinner services. This position is responsible for:​

• Preparing all meats, vegetables, sauces, and dishes for dinner service

• Assists with inventory tracking and ordering, receiving and storage

• Ensuring that all kitchen, prep room, and back of house surfaces and storage maintain a standard level of cleanliness at all times

• Organizing and cleaning the walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler

• Keeping track of and ordering cleaning supplies as needed

• Mopping, managing garbage and trash removal

• Supports the kitchen team, as needed 

• Supports the dishwashing station, when they need additional support during busy dinner services 

• Learn, understand and practice food safety protocols. Ensure that food safety protocols are being utilized by everyone involved in the preparation of food. Food Safety training courses are available and we will pay for your training to earn a certificate!

• Full training is provided

• Unpaid trials are available if you would like to shadow a current employee in this position to see if it would be a good fit for you

Dishwasher

An individual in this position is someone who likes a routine, can work well in fast-paced environments, able to handle physical labor and heavy lifting, and is able to not only listen to instructions but take initiative to get things done when it's game time during busy dinner services. This position is responsible for:

• Washing all dishes, containers, food prep accessories, woks, pots, pans, and more

• Maintaining an organized and clean work station, uphold a high standard of cleanliness

• Ensuring that all items are cleaned properly, sanitized 

• Ensuring that all kitchen, prep room, and back of house surfaces and storage maintain a standard level of cleanliness at all times

• Organizing and cleaning the walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler

• Learn, understand and practice food safety protocols. Ensure that food safety protocols are being utilized by everyone involved in the preparation of food. Food Safety training courses are available and we will pay for your training to earn a certificate!

• Full training is provided

HOURS AND PAY:

• General hours are 2pm to 9pm, Tuesday through Saturday  

• Employees may be required to work Sundays and Mondays for routine deep cleaning days and other team projects

• Up to 40 hours per week but hours are flexible. You can be part time or have more hours when needed.  

• All positions make anywhere from $15-$22 per hour (with tips) depending on the hours and days worked
