The time slots are there so that we can accommodate an order every 3-5 minutes, from open to close. Lately, our time slots have been filling up as early as 6pm. If you are looking to improve your chances of getting an order at your desired time, we recommend placing your order online and in advance around 2-3pm. If placing your order by phone, call around 3pm. We have 2 phone lines and they may be tied up as we assist customers. If you cannot get through, please just wait 5 minutes and try again. We saw them working multiple jobs to provide for our family and they weren't happy. We asked Mom what she wanted to do, where her passions were. She told us she would love to own a restaurant one day. We (her kids) took on multiple jobs working at McDonald's, the kiosk at the mall, doing side gigs. We saved, we made it happen and even overcame a pandemic. Over the years, they've given their all into the restaurant and for our customers. Choose from the menu below or we can help plan a custom menu. Sweet Basil MKE Catering Terms Catering order minimum: at least 2 trays and 48 hour minimum notice. Prices listed do not include taxes or fees. Pre-payment in advance required to lock in your event date. An 18 % gratuity is automatically applied to ALL catering orders. We do offer different service levels that you can choose from: Pick Up - you can pick up your catering order! Delivery Only - we drop off your order for a delivery fee. Set Up Service - we deliver and set up your order for an additional fee. This service depends on staff availability. Wire chafing stands and glass beverage dispensers are available for rent and must be returned to Sweet Basil MKE. Serving utensils, burners for stands, plates, napkins are all available for purchase and can be added to your catering order. These items are all optional.
